Where Informed Choices Create Powerful Birth Experiences
& Intentional Postpartum Recovery

Daytime Doulas
Daytime support helps you recover, care for your newborn, and establish a manageable rhythm at home. Your doula provides attentive care for you and your baby while offering practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on support.
Care may include newborn soothing, feeding support, diapering, burping, swaddling, parent education, recovery check-ins, simple meal or snack preparation, baby-related laundry, bottle and pump-part washing, and light tidying of the areas used during care. You’ll also have time to rest, shower, attend an appointment, or focus on your own well-being knowing that you and your baby are supported.
Intentional Postpartum Recovery
Birth is only the beginning of your journey. We continue supporting your recovery, your transition into parenthood, and your family's well-being during the fourth trimester because healing deserves just as much attention as birth itself.
Overnight Doulas
Overnight support gives your family the opportunity to get restorative rest while your newborn receives attentive, responsive care. Your doula tends to your baby’s overnight needs, including soothing, diapering, burping, swaddling, bottle-feeding when applicable, and monitoring feeding and sleep cues.
If you are breastfeeding, your baby can be brought to you for feedings and settled afterward so you can return to sleep. Overnight support may also include preparing bottles, washing bottles and pump parts, recording feedings and diaper changes, and leaving the baby’s care area organized for the morning. You can rest with greater peace of mind knowing compassionate support is nearby.

Weekend services are billed at the regular daytime or overnight rate. Major holidays are billed at one and one-half times the applicable regular rate. Weekend and holiday services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
